Raw Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds, soaked overnight, rinsed and drained

  • 3 cups filtered water

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla, optional

  • pinch sea salt

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and cream. Squeeze through a milk bag or a sieve double lined with cheesecloth. Store in fridge.
